(Re: Boomer) | | I went to a dealer night yesterday and the rep from Triumph Australia that attended told me that they have reduced accessories(maybe spare parts as well but don't quote me) by around 20% to help slow down the imported stuff. I have had a look at the prices on the website and some seem to be cheaper but as I wasn't shopping for anything prior it's hard to tell.
He did say that the lists were not yet all complete, but were close. Good move though

(Re: Boomer) | | Hi Boomer, quite a list of stuff there, just wondering whether Triumph have passenger footboards? I noted a few things on your list, I have long range seat,sissy-bar and back rest, riders backrest( I thought it looked like grandpa's BUT after riding 4,000 klms with I would NOT do without it !!!!) long sports pipes , but my wife is saying she wants footplates instead of pegs. These bikes are so heavy on tyres and brake pads (I ain't a speed demon) rear pads didn't last 11,000 kms and I don't use thr rear brake much (quality ???) Regards Rusty in Brissie.
